These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and our brand, superseding all prior communications.

SECTION 18: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for the provision of goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (State of California) and the legal frameworks applicable to our international operations.

SECTION 19: PLATFORM HOSTING BY SHOPIFY

Our storefront is hosted by Shopify Inc. You acknowledge that your commercial contract is exclusively with Kiinjewly.

SECTION 20: LOGISTICAL RISK AND TITLE TRANSFERENCE

The title and risk of loss for all jewelry merchandise pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 21: PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All visual assets, jewelry patterns, branding, and copy within the Kiinjewly ecosystem are protected by international copyright laws.

SECTION 22: MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties agree to seek informal negotiation via support@kiinjewly.com for no less than 30 days before seeking formal legal remedy.

SECTION 23: UPDATES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to revise these Terms by posting updates. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
