  • Fulfillment Confirmation: Once your package is handed over to our premium carriers, our system will automatically generate a confirmation email containing your tracking credentials.

2. Delivery Rates and Free Shipping Qualifications

We maintain a transparent and straightforward shipping structure for our global clientele:

  • Standard Delivery: Any order that does not meet our minimum threshold will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99, which is calculated and applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Visibility into your jewelry's journey is crucial. Upon dispatch, you may use the provided tracking number on our integrated tracking page or directly via the carrier’s portal. Please be aware that carrier scanning systems may take up to 48 hours to display the initial location data after pick-up.

5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

All international shipments are dispatched under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. Kiinjewly does not collect international taxes or VAT upfront. As the importer of record, the customer is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes assessed by their country's border authorities.

6. Damaged Goods and Missing Parcels

While we take extensive preventative measures, such as tamper-evident packaging, unforeseen transit issues can occasionally occur.

  • Transit Damage: If a piece of jewelry arrives damaged or defective due to mishandling, you must contact support@kiinjewly.com within 72 hours of receipt. Please include clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will promptly arrange a priority replacement or issue a refund.

  • Stolen or Lost Parcels: Kiinjewly’s liability officially concludes once a carrier scans a package as "Delivered". For missing packages marked as delivered, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a formal investigation.
